Ownership and Use of Content

All content—including talks, workshops, videos, frameworks (such as the ‘5 Keys’), written materials, and digital media—is the intellectual property of Resilience ModeTM. You may use these resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise authorized in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials is prohibited.

Bookings and Engagements

Speaking engagements, workshops, and training services are governed by written contracts. Resilience ModeTM reserves the right to adjust dates, fees, or terms with prior notice in accordance with contractual provisions.

Merchandise and Purchases

All merchandise and product orders are processed through secure third-party platforms (such as Shopify or Stripe). All sales are final, except in cases of defective items, which may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Community Guidelines

Resilience ModeTM programs, online sessions, and communities are designed as safe, inclusive, and respectful environments. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully, avoid discriminatory or harmful behavior, and consent to recordings for educational or promotional purposes. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resilience ModeTM and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event cancellations, misuse of materials, or technical failures. All services and materials are provided ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Termination of Use

Resilience ModeTM reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its website, services, or events at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at info@resiliencemode.com. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kansas, USA.
