Bookings and Engagements

Speaking engagements, workshops, and training services are governed by written contracts. Resilience Mode^TM reserves the right to adjust dates, fees, or terms with prior notice in accordance with contractual provisions.

Merchandise and Purchases

All merchandise and product orders are processed through secure third-party platforms (such as Shopify or Stripe). All sales are final, except in cases of defective items, which may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Termination of Use
